During our recent Easter getaway, we stayed at Urban Stay London City Apartments, and while the location was near perfection, nestled just outside Liverpool Street station, the experience fell short. The apartment itself boasted two spacious floors with a well-equipped kitchen, but the overall standard did not match the price tag. Despite having all the basics-free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and ample space for our small group of friends-the atmosphere felt more utilitarian than welcoming. For a family or group looking for convenience, its proximity to landmarks like the Gherkin was a plus; However, I can't overlook the lack of warmth in customer service. As a literary enthusiast, I appreciate establishments that tell a story, and regrettably, this one didn't resonate.
